Compared with foreign products, my country's products still have the following shortcomings in terms of quality:

①In terms of reliability, the failure rate is still relatively large, mainly in the hydraulic system, mostly due to the low reliability of hydraulic and electrical components;

② Oil leakage is common in domestic hydraulic presses;

③ The processing quality of key parts needs to be improved;

④ There is still a certain gap compared with the products of foreign companies in terms of appearance and aesthetics. Generally speaking, there is still a certain gap between the quality of domestic hydraulic presses and some foreign companies' products, but with the continuous attention of domestic manufacturers to quality and the improvement of management level, the quality of domestic hydraulic presses will approach and catch up with the level.

The aspects that still need to be strengthened in the development of the domestic hydraulic press industry:

At this stage, the domestic hydraulic press technology and production capacity have gradually matured, the domestic share has reached 90%, and has begun to be exported to some developed countries.

However, in the future development of the hydraulic press industry, efforts are still needed, especially the following points:

(1) Strengthen the technological research and development capabilities of enterprises and enhance the development capabilities of new products. The competition in the machine tool industry depends to a large extent on the technical content of the products. If China's hydraulic press industry wants to occupy the world's middle market, it must first reach a relatively advanced level in technology. In China, special hydraulic press research institutions and personnel should be set up to improve the comprehensive technical level of hydraulic presses.

(2) Strengthen the alliance between enterprises, unite the main engine production enterprises, automatic feeding enterprises, and research institutes, give full play to their respective advantages, jointly develop and undertake a complete set of automatic production line projects, and solve interrelated technologies.

(3) Improve product quality and provide high-reliability products. Improve the reliability of the hydraulic system, installation quality, T-filling quality, oil leakage, and cleaning of hydraulic oil to adapt to the production of automatic lines and assembly lines.
