2) The demand for multi-station hydraulic presses will increase substantially.


Due to processing equipment, technology and other reasons, there are not many multi-station hydraulic presses in China.


Multi-station hydraulic presses have many advantages:

3) Fast and high-speed hydraulic presses can double the rate in mass production.


If the efficiency of the hydraulic press can be doubled, one production line can replace two production lines, and one line can replace two lines if the user's investment increase is not large.


The quick drop and return speed of the general ordinary hydraulic press is only 100-200mm/s, while the current fast hydraulic press is as high as 450mm/s.


Some foreign high-speed small hydraulic presses have hundreds of strokes per minute. Due to the birth of fast hydraulic presses, the proportion of hydraulic presses used in new automobile presses after 2000 has reached more than 65%, while almost all of the automobile presses before the 1990s used mechanical presses.


There is still great potential to improve the speed and efficiency of hydraulic presses. Manufacturers should strengthen their research and development in this area, and work with automatic loading and unloading devices to achieve high efficiency.


4) Relying on electro-hydraulic proportional technology, sensors, electronics, computers, networks, etc. to improve the performance of hydraulic presses.


Since the rapid development of electro-hydraulic proportional components in the 1980s, the application of proportional valves and proportional pumps in hydraulic presses has enabled various functions of hydraulic presses to be controlled by electricity, and the hydraulic control system of hydraulic presses has undergone qualitative changes and proportional pressure regulation. , proportional speed regulation, synchronization, energy saving, high speed, variable pressure and speed, pressure and position control and other functions began to be used in some hydraulic presses.


In terms of electronic control, the powerful functions of computers and networks are used, combined with microelectronics technology, and the electro-hydraulic proportional technology and electro-hydraulic technology are combined with computers to improve the performance of hydraulic presses, expand the functions of hydraulic presses, and do not change the hardware. In some cases, just by changing the program or software, it can adapt to different process requirements and realize the flexibility of functions. In addition, network technology can be used in equipment management, and the hydraulic press can be regarded as a node in the network to realize functions such as remote management and monitoring.


5) In terms of environmental protection and energy saving, in the future, the design and manufacture of hydraulic presses should attract sufficient attention from various manufacturing enterprises.

① Reduce the installed power of the hydraulic press and reduce the energy loss during work. Minimize overflow and throttling in the hydraulic system, and design the hydraulic system reasonably. For example, a hydraulic press that relies on a relief valve to overflow and maintain pressure may consume twice as much energy as a hydraulic press that closes the pump to maintain pressure. A system that relies on an accumulator to increase the no-load speed is at least twice as much energy as a fast cylinder system.


② Improve the sealing quality and reduce the environmental pollution caused by hydraulic oil leakage. ⑧ Reduce noise, isolate and seal large noise sources.
