1. Unpacking: The oil cylinder is sealed with a vaporizable rust inhibitor, so the plug at the inlet must not be removed before assembly. If the plug is removed, it must be installed on the body immediately and the cylinder filled with oil
2. Anti-rust: After the oil cylinder is installed on the body, if the piston is placed in the extended state, grease must be applied to the exposed part of the piston rod.
3. Speed: For the general specifications of the cylinder, when the action speed exceeds 2m/s, its service life will be affected. When 0.3m/s is used as the stroke end, it is recommended to install a buffer mechanism inside for the sake of protection and safety. In addition, when stopping the cylinder, in order to protect the cylinder mechanism and safety, the circuit must also be considered to prevent a large impact. In order to increase the oil return of the cylinder, special attention should be paid to the circuit design. When running at a low speed of 0.5m/min or less, the operability (especially vibration) will be affected, so you should negotiate when running at a low speed.
4. Operation: At the beginning of operation, the air in the cylinder must be completely drained. If air remains, operate at low speed to remove air. If the residual air in the cylinder is severely compressed, the sealing ring may be burned due to the action of hydraulic oil. In addition, if negative pressure is generated inside the cylinder during operation, an abnormality may occur due to cavitation.
